REKT 7/11 PROMOTION TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Rekt Drinks scratch card promotion offered at select 7-Eleven locations in the United States. By participating in the promotion or redeeming a scratch card code at https://get.rekt.com, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

Customers who purchase four (4) Rekt Drinks for $10 (plus applicable taxes) at participating 7-Eleven stores will receive a scratch card. The scratch card contains a unique code that can be redeemed at https://get.rekt.com for a free claim of $REKT tokens, a digital memecoin.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older at the time of participation.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• One scratch card per qualifying transaction, while supplies last.
• Limit one redemption per person per day.

Rekt Brands Inc. is not responsible for the issuance, management, or value of $REKT tokens.

4. ABOUT $REKT TOKENS

• $REKT is a memecoin issued on a public blockchain.
• It has no intrinsic value, financial utility, or guarantee of liquidity.
• Users should not expect any profit, return, or monetary gain from claiming or holding $REKT.
• $REKT is not a security, investment contract, or regulated financial product.
• Any decision to claim or use $REKT is at your own risk.

5. REDEMPTION TERMS

• Visit https://get.rekt.com to enter your scratch card code.
• You must connect a compatible crypto wallet to receive the tokens.
• Codes must be redeemed within 30 days of receipt.
• Token distribution is subject to availability and may be paused, modified, or terminated at any time at the discretion of Golden Pothos Foundation.
• Lost, stolen, illegible, or damaged codes will not be replaced.

6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (ALT ENTRY)

Requests must be received by 19th June 2025. Limit one request per person.

7. FRAUD & ABUSE

• Codes must not be duplicated, resold, or shared.
• Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or abuse the promotion may result in disqualification.
• We reserve the right to ban wallet addresses or IPs for fraudulent activity.

8. TAXES & REGULATIONS

You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or legal implications associated with receiving or using digital assets, including $REKT. We recommend consulting a tax or legal advisor.

9. PRIVACY

When you visit https://get.rekt.com to redeem your code, limited information may be collected as outlined in our Privacy Policy. No personal identification is collected at point-of-sale.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REKT BRANDS INC. AND GOLDEN POTHOS FOUNDATION DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR REDEMPTION OF $REKT.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
